FOUNDING PARTNER | COACH & TRAINER

My professional journey began with a long experience in a multinational company, thanks to which I acquired the competencies that allowed me to evolve towards my entrepreneurship, and in particular allowed me to uncover my deepest passion: to sustain and accompany people towards the achievement of the best expression of themselves and their wellbeing. As a coach I offer a space for listening and exploration to those who want to grow and evolve, by acquiring a “wide-angled lens” of their reality and their interaction with that reality; as a trainer I facilitate insights and thinking on the tools and models that are useful to consolidate the learnings and make them an integral part of one’s everyday life.

Training and coaching are my second professional life.  After having lived highly enriching years in the Marketing function of multinational companies, I came across the world of coaching and training, that captured and fascinated me immediately for the opportunities it offers in generating awareness and exploring new possibilities for action. I have had the luck to live in two very different continents – this has allowed me to value adaptation, curiosity and seeing different points of view. As a coach and trainer, I accompany teams and people towards the achievement of their objectives and I contribute to the enrichment of people’s competencies.  This is what I like to express in this fantastic profession.

Passionate about life and about people, I’ve been an executive coach and trainer for more than 20 years. My university studies in Biology inspired me to give a meaning to what surrounds me and to gain a systemic view on the physiology of relationships. Living in South America taught me to give value to the ‘now’, and to project my view towards the outside world. I believe that every person has her/his unique story, and her/his unique way to tell that story… that’s where I come in… I welcome the stories and offer support to uncover their uniqueness.

Being at the service of people is what inspired me to work for many years for a not-for-profit organization, and today, as coach and trainer, it is what inspires me to promote the professional and personal development of people. I was “enlightened” by a coaching journey that allowed me to undertake the changes I wanted. Today I encourage others to see things from a different perspective, as I believe that new and different results are achievable if and when we modify the status quo.
