With more than thirty years experience, Hogan is an international point of reference in measuring personality for business, and is a global partner of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Hogan offers 3 base personality tests: Hogan Personality Index (HPI), describes how we relate to others in normal, everyday conditions; the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) measures the risk factors that may emerge in times of increased strain; and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes the values, drivers and preferred behaviours that determine what we desire, and that may influence professional choices. Each of these tests offer a vision of the characteristics that may impact professional performance within a given context. Insights ® Discovery

Insights ® Discovery is the psychometric tool that helps individuals learn more about their preferred behaviours, and to identify the most effective relational strategies.

The Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple model based on four colours called the colour energies, to help people understand their own style, their strengths, and how they bring value to the team.
